Rented a mid size car through Expedia, and Easirent for what seemed to be a competitive weekly rate. We rented from the west palm beach FL location. Upon returning the car, mngt advised us that we owed 900.00 in mileage overages. Apparently with Easirent, " unlimited mileage" doesn't really mean unlimited. It's just a term they copied from other rental companies, but have no intention of honoring. They are completely criminal. To make matters worse, it dosen't appear that Expedia is going to invest any effort to review this fraud. How can a reputable company like Expedia host such a Terrible company with so many horrible reviews.

If you're going to deal with a representative Request to have Jonal D. To assist you. I know there's a lot of bad reviews however, this gentleman was able to make my experience 5 star. I've had to rent cars on several instances in the past month. And Jonal has assisted me with the utmost courtesy. I've dealt with other clerks that didn't go above and beyond. However Jonal always notifies his superiors on my delays and wait time to expedite my service. Not all clerks are the same and he represents this company in a professional level. I almost decided to never rent from these guys do to experiences with other staf members however he set the bar and i still continue to due business with easirent. You guys should commend him and give him a managerial position or raise.

I have rented here a few times and the online booking process has always been simple and easy. The customer service team online and at the branch are friendly and helpful. The prices are great too!

Easirunt rip-off

If you hire a car, say Shannon Airport, and use a Sterling credit card, you will be deducted 140 pounds of banking charges. So your 40-pound hire is really a 180-pound hire. They do this to many customers. I can post the proof if required. I have rented cars since the 1980's and never came across such barefaced thievery.

Awful!

I want to lodge a complaint against Easirent. Your website is misleading Awful! AWFUL experience. First of all this is NOT located inside the airport. They have a shuttle but it took so long we ended up taking an Uber. The location of the business does not look like it is in a good area at all. They are not open 24 hours either. So we ended up changing our flight home because there was no way I was going there in the early am hours. When they brought up the SUV, I asked If it had been cleaned. The worker said it had. The outside was dusty and so was the inside. The front window was difficult to see out. I ended up buying windex and clorox wipes to clean the inside and going through the car wash just to be able to see. The inside smelled like stale smoke. I could say more but that's the basic info. Go with another company!

Avoid!!!

Poor - very poor. Did not get the car I ordered, nor was it similar to the one I ordered, had paid insurance through the broker and ended up having to pay again at rental company. No effort was made to correct the double charge "that's the broker, not us!". Car was dirty. Seat belt in the back was stuck behind the seat. Cover over the boot part of the car came off flying in our face as it was not fitted properly. Agents utterly indifferent and could not care less if you were happy as a customer both when collecting the car and when returning. Avoid like the plague!

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Pure scam. STAY AWAY from them. My sister from Greece rent a car from them in UK and she had a 30 pound ticket, because she drove in a bus lane. She never received it because she went back to Greece. Easirent to sent an email and inform my sister about the ticket they charge her 65 pounds for administration fees???!!!! When i call customer service to complain about the 65 pounds, to 01279215341 the female employee was sarcastic with me and another colleague of hers was laughing at the background because she was patronizing me. Awful!! I hope their manager to read my message..

Easirent is a scam company

From the onset of the booking I was scammed. Firstly they did not accept my credit card for the deposit saying it was a debit card but could give me a 'no deposit rate' for 3 times the booked rate. The car was filthy when I eventually got it after one hour of negotiating that my card was actually valid. On the return they found a scratch on the rim (which was there when I rented the vehicle) but because I did not have photographic proof of the prior damage, they charged me £230. I am still waiting for the return of my deposit from which they should have taken the £230 but my card was charged immediately. I was insured which originally cost me over £100 but could not claim from insurance as they said the policy did not cover this damage. Easirent is a scam company who trains their staff to scam unassuming customers. DO NOT USE EASIRENT rather use a reputable rental company.

Any rental company but this one!

I was told it would not be a problem if we arrived early, the car was assigned to us for the day. At the Tampa location the van driver told us there were no cars available.We had to wait over an hour for a car.We were charged tax twice and other fees after we agreed to pay the toll pass.There was no information in the car~ registration etc.The windows were filthy inside & out clearly not cleaned or sanitized.When we arrived at our destination we realized there was no spare tire. The front two tires were bald.The car was over due for oil change and engine lights were on. No one answered the phone after repeated daily attempts.These cars are not maintained.At drop off we had to wait again.Afraid we would miss our flight we did not get to address the issues and may faults of this company.

Don't don't don't don't go to them.

U will regret for your life if u book a rental with them. They will charge u double the amount of car after u return the car and there are hidden charges that nobody will tell u. There's no customer care to deal with.

Totally worthless company

The staff there is stupid and rude. They have no qualms about keeping people waiting for the most ridiculous reasons.

The process there is incredibly stupid. They make you sign a paper contract and then scan it. The scanner is incredibly slow and ancient because everything there is slow and ancient. The place looks like a third world office complete with dusty junk sitting around everywhere and third world lighting.

The also demand proof of insurance is you want to waive their insurance requirement but of course you don't find out until you are at the counter.

I would not even give them 1 star. This is a totally worthless zero star crap company.
